PCYC’s Institute of Training is pleased to announce that Kensington PCYC will be home to a Cert 1 Auto Course in 2023!

PCYC had originally planned to commence the next round of Cert 1 Auto Courses in 2024 solely at our Rockingham Centre, however, due to the hard work of our IoT team, PCYC can confirm the Auto course will kick off at Kensington PCYC from October 30th.

This announcement is an exciting redevelopment for Kensington PCYC, which hasn’t run courses since 2022. With the addition of a fresh, highly skilled trainer, Krish, in our ranks, the Centre is set to welcome 8 new students to the course.

The course will serve as an alternative learning pathway for students who are disengaged from traditional education settings. Over the weeks, students will be introduced to automotive retail and service and repair industries and will assist in gaining entry to further training in many sectors.

The addition of a training Centre in the central Perth area opens doors for more students to access the opportunity to take part in a course that better suits their learning needs and will play a pivotal role in helping them reach their potential.
