Connection and community

Blue Light WA™ operates through a collaborative partnership between PCYC and the Western Australian Police Force, with vital support from local community members and organisations.

Together, they plan and facilitate a wide range of activities and events designed to offer children and young people a fun, safe, and supervised environment. For many, these activities are their only access to social and recreational events.

Beyond providing recreational opportunities, Blue Light WA™ plays a crucial role in preventing anti-social behaviour and fostering positive relationships between young people, the Police, and the community.

The scope of Blue Light WA™ activities are diverse and inclusive. Police engage with children and young people through events such as discos, pool parties, sports games, movie nights, family events, and more.
