Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will be acting as a Business Partner to all PCYC teams to deliver the organisation’s strategies and ensure robust financial controls are achieved. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, including leading and mentoring the team.
- Supporting the CFO as deputy, including working with key stakeholders and undertaking financial, statutory and board reporting.
- Providing strategic and operational recommendations on actions necessary in accordance with organisational strategies.
- Proven experience in financial management, particularly within a not-for-profit organisation.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualified.
- Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis, including both commercial and grant-funded operations.
- Proven aptitude for effective people leadership.
- Proficiency in using finance systems, experience using NetSuite is highly desirable.
- A track record of leading financial compliance, audits and risk management frameworks.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment, are solutions-focussed and have outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
