OSHC Coordinator – Before & After School Hours Care
Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours a day)
$33-35 per hour
plus penalties and split shift allowances

About the Role: PCYC is expanding our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Program at our Midland centre, and we are looking for a dynamic OSHC Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of this exciting initiative. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in growing a program that supports children, families, and the wider community.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC program at Midland PCYC.
  • Support the Program Lead in ensuring compliance with Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) standards and ECRU regulations.
  • Build and lead an outstanding team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

About You:
  • Qualified & Experienced – A Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Children’s Services, OSHC, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills – Proven ability to deliver high-quality OSHC programs and lead a team.
  • Nominated Supervisor Experience – Highly desirable.
  • Tech & Compliance Savvy – Familiarity with HubHello and the Childcare Subsidy System.
  • Compliance Ready – Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance (within six months) and a WA Working with Children Check.
  • Driver’s License – A full and valid driver’s license is required for this role.
