About the role:
PCYC is excited to grow our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Program at our Rockingham centre and we are looking for an OSHC Coordinator to join us in coordinating the effective delivery of the program.
Reporting to the Program Lead, key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day operation and the OSHC program at Rockingham PCYC.
- Assisting the Program Lead to ensure compliance with Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority standards and the laws and regulations of ECRU.
- Coordinating and supporting the Rockingham OSHC team, including recruitment, training and performance management.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Children’s Services/OSHC or other relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching.
- Experience in delivery of quality childcare programs on all aspects of OSHC.
- Experience and qualification as Nominated Supervisor for the Centre.
- Knowledge and experience with HubHello and the childcare Subsity System is highly desirable.
- Possess or willing to obtain National Police Clearance issued within the 6-month period and a Working with Children Check
