Kununurra PCYC is a dynamic youth hub, providing programs for young people to ensure they reach their full potential and collaborating with community groups and WA police to reach this goal. About the Role:
As the Youth Programs Manager, you will be overseeing Kununurra PCYC operations and all youth programs at the centre. Your responsibilities will include:

About the Role:
As the Youth Programs Manager, you will be overseeing Kununurra PCYC operations and all youth programs at the centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and providing leadership and development to ensure best practice youth work within the Centre’s Youth Services team.
- Ensuring that the centre’s governance, risk management and budgetary and compliance are being met.
- Providing young people with support including but not limited to brief interventions, referrals and advocacy.

Who we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership & experience – extensive background in youth work, community services, social work, psychology, management or a related field (Diploma or higher preferred)
- Program development skills – experience designing, delivering, and evaluating youth programs and leading a team.
- Cultural awareness & engagement – strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Passionate & Resilient – ability to re-engage young people using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
- Compliance ready – possess or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance (within a 6-month period) and a WA Working with Children Check.
- Driver’s License – full and valid driver’s license required for the role.
