Generations of generosity to PCYC

We are always so thankful for the community support we receive but it's even more special when a young person volunteers their time to help other young people.

High school student, Amery, wanted to do something positive for his community after being inspired by his dad, who generously donated new basketball shoes to PCYC participants in previous years.

After visiting Fremantle PCYC and speaking to Centre Manager Paul Lill about wanting to give back to the community, Amery began contacting businesses in pursuit of donations as well as setting up a GoFundMe page.

Using the donated funds, Amery purchased various sizes of shoes and delivered them to Fremantle PCYC for staff to distribute to local families in need.
