Strengthening community connections at Family Fun Fest

In celebration of Families Week, Kensington PCYC had the pleasure of participating in the free community event, Family Fun Fest.

This inclusive event was a collaborative effort, funded and hosted by the Town of Victoria Park, with input from a variety of local organisations, including PCYC.

The event saw over 400 children and young people gathered at the park for a day filled with fun, creativity and connection.

From kite-making to playing with giant bubbles, the event offered a range of activities for attendees of all ages to enjoy.

Family Fun Fest was also a fantastic opportunity for parents to connect with community agencies and businesses to learn about the various services available to their families.

The Kensington PCYC team enjoyed the chance to meet new faces and showcase the programs and services offered at our Centre, strengthening our ties with the community.
