Home School Gymnastics at 10:30am Wed in Fremantle

Non-competitive classes are designed to meet the educational curriculum requirements of socialisation and physical activity for homeschooled students. PCYC provides a range of gymnastics classes from beginners to state and national squad levels, designed to allow children to progress appropriately, at their own pace. Homeschool classes are hosted during the day.

Adult Boxing at 5:30pm Wed in Gosnells
Weekly
Boxing is a highly structured sport, which requires dedication and discipline. As well as improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle condition, it teaches important concepts like resilience and respect. The mental focus makes it a perfect sport for young people at risk, who can learn to harness their energy and use it in positive ways.
